Erstwhile Secondary Training School (STS) Estd – 1967, Nimapara was upgraded to the status of Govt. ETEI, Nimapara in the year 2013. Moving on the way forward, Govt. ETEI, Nimapara has been serving as a Teacher Education Institution of Puri district with a focus to improve the quality of education at elementary level. and other stakeholders at the grass-roots level to make them capable to success different programmes of Government by establishing a strong relationship through its extension activities.
The total land area of Govt. ETEI, Nimapara is Acr 1.67. The institution has its own land and own building to function over. It has one multi-purpose hall, 2 classrooms, 1 library, 1 Science room and 1 hostel for boys.
